Compliance Officer
Mark is responsible for the smooth and secure running of Balkerne Asset Management’s operations and services and is also the company’s Compliance Officer. He began his career over 25 years ago with the Halifax Building Society. Mark is a passionate believer in Continuous Improvement and the benefits to be gained from Training & Development and has achieved the Level 5 qualification in Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Mark is a business mentor at The Stanway School (A Humanities and Maths & Computing College) and is a member of the Colchester Centurion Rotary Club, which meets each Wednesday morning. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and badminton, listening to music and reading biographies.
